So I'm now in photography. FINALLY. I've just finished my second photo shoot [which had great results btw] and I'm starting my depth of field shoot tomorrow. Getting used to the developing process for film was a bit dificult for me, but I'm doing well considering. My teacher couldn't be any more awesome. I'm enjoying the class greatly. We do all black and white photography because the chemicals aren't harmful at all and it is pretty simple. But that's ok, because, if you ask me, black and white can add a sense of class anyways. I hope to somehow get my prints to a scanner so that I may put them up on here, but I don't know how long that will take. I also have to look into buying some photo paper because out of all of my negatives we only print one photo per shoot that is submitted for a grade. Any other pictures I want printed will have to be on my own photo paper. I'm just excited to be in this class. I'm doing what I love and getting a grade for it. How cool is that? I'm taking photography 2 next year. It will be more of a themed and independent class, whereas Photo 1 is an introduction to the basics. Well there's my update. I hope to get some more time to comment on other people's work. But now I will leave you with my favourite teacher quote evar.
